The present invention relates to an orally disintegrating tablet composition comprising amlodipine and a manufacturing method of the same. According to the present invention, orally disintegrating tablets comprising amlodipine can be easily manufactured through a continuous process and have improved solubility of amlodipine by loading amlodipine since the amlodipine exists in an amorphous state inside destrin as a form of a microcapsule. In addition, when the orally disintegrating tablets are manufactured, physical properties can be maintained by coating microcapsule with Eudragit® while having advantages of improving oral absorptivity of amlodipine and medication compliance of senior patients.
