PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase variations of methods of providing a user with items, enhancing interests in gaming.SOLUTION: A video-game control system, including a user terminal to be operated by a user and a video-game control server for controlling at least a part of a video game to be played on the user terminal via a communication network, causes the video-game control server: to determine, on the basis of a status of a group constituted by plural users, whether there is an item to be provided to a user belonging to the aforementioned group; to determine whether the aforementioned user meets a provision condition correlated with the aforementioned item if the determination is that there is such an item; and to provide the user with the item if the determination is that the user meets the provision condition. |
