The present invention relates to a screen printing plate for equally maintaining the tension and elongation amount of a pattern printing region in the vertical direction and a squeegee movement direction in a screen printing device, the screen printing plate comprising: a pattern printing region that is formed from a first material; a printing variation control region that has the pattern printing region at the centre thereof and connects to and supports same, is formed from a second material that has a different tensile strength to the first material, and is for equally maintaining the tension and elongation amount in the vertical direction and a squeegee movement direction; and a frame that supports the pattern printing region and the printing variation control region, wherein the length of TD and MD in the printing variation control region is 0.6-1 times 1/2 the size of the length of the long side of a glass that is to be printed on.
