Provided is a cell culture system comprising: a solution holding means that holds a culture medium for culturing cells; and a solution supply means coupled to the solution holding means and which supplies, to a cell culture container, solution that has been supplied from the solution holding means. The solution supply means may supply solution to the cell culture container after a step in which the solution is distilled. The cell culture container is coupled to the solution supply means at a position lower than the solution supply means, in the direction of gravity. The solution supply means has a space in which the solution supplied from the solution holding means is distilled. The cell culturing device comprises a discharge port for discharging solution, at a position at a desired height in the container side surface. The solution may be discharged externally when the height of the upper surface of the solution inside the cell culture container has reached the discharge port, as a result of the solution being supplied from the solution supply means to the cell culture container. |
