A freeze-dried spirulina piece and preparation method thereof; the freeze-dried spirulina piece is prepared by vacuum freeze-drying 1000 parts of fresh spirulina, 1-10 parts of konjak and 40-80 parts of prebiotic; the freeze-dried spirulina piece effectively preserves the nutritional ingredients of the spirulina; the konjak increases the strength of the spirulina wall, and improves an antioxidant property of the spirulina; and the prebiotic supplements cellulose, regulates the intestinal flora of a human body, and promotes absorption of nutrients. By employing a vacuum freeze-drying technique, the method achieves drying temperature control when drying, and ensures that the active substances of the spirulina are not inactivated. The raw material of the freeze-dried spirulina piece is easily available, and the freeze-dried spirulina piece is prepared by an advanced process, provides comprehensive nutrition, and is readily absorbed. |
