A method for producing a coil of a screw seat in a stabilized drive motor, the method comprising: automatic winding posts(3, 4) are provided on the upper and lower surfaces at four corners of the screw seat (1), four sides of the screw seat (1) are respectively provided with protrusions (5), wires are automatically wound around the automatic winding posts (3, 4) and the protrusions (5) via an automatic winding machine to form a coil (2), the automatic winding machine directly winds a wound wire head onto the winding posts (3, 4) of the screw seat (1), and fastens onto the fixed posts springs (6, 7) having avoidance positioning holes (8) reserved, and performing operations of solder paste spotting and welding. Automatic winding avoids manual operation, directly reducing labor cost and lowering the unit price of components. The wire head winds around the fixed posts of the screw seat (1), avoiding adverse breaking of the wire head in a lens assembly process, and enhancing the bonding between the springs (6, 7) and the screw seat (1). The speed of automatic winding is more than five times higher than the speed of manual winding, thus reducing process time, saving costs and improving competitive pricing. |
