The present invention relates to a complex waterproof structure using a rubber-asphalt coating material and a rubber-asphalt sheet with improved heat resistance, and a method thereof. In order to prevent a thermoplastic elastomer component from being burned by high temperature heat when rubber-asphalt waterproof coating material is re-fused through a thermal process to increase adhesion between a concrete surface and a waterproof sheet in a waterproofing construction site, the complex waterproof structure using a rubber-asphalt coating material and a rubber-asphalt sheet with improved heat resistance comprises: a thermoplastic rubber-asphalt coating material applied to the entire upper surface of a rubber-asphalt primer and including tetra etoxy ortho silan and methyl tri methoxy silane to enhance heat resistance of thermoplastic styrene butadiene styrene; and a rubber-asphalt sheet installed on and adhering to an upper surface of the rubber-asphalt coating material and having a rubber-asphalt sheet coating layer including tetra etoxy ortho silane and methyl tri methoxy silane to enhance heat resistance of thermoplastic styrene butadiene styrene, to thus provide a sufficient elongation percentage when a waterproof coating layer is contracted and expanded with a change in the climate to prevent fracture of the waterproof layer. Therefore, water leakage can be prevented and durability can be increased.
