PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform parking management of autonomous vehicles.SOLUTION: The parking management system comprises a management device for managing parking of autonomous vehicles. The management device includes: an acquisition section that acquires right information representing a right instructing a vehicle to move by autonomous driving; and a management control section that, on the condition that the acquisition section acquires the right information, outputs a command to transmit moving destination information representing a position of the moving destination of the vehicle, to the vehicle. The vehicle includes: a transmission section capable of receiving the transmitted moving destination information; and a drive control section that controls the self vehicle to move to the position of the moving destination by the autonomous driving.
