The present invention is a feed device (100) equipped with: a water pressure source (10) for supplying compressed operating water; a cylinder (20), which has a pressure chamber (21) to which the operating water is supplied from the water pressure source (10) through a supply passage (12) and a piston rod (24) that is pressed outward together with a piston (23) by the operating water supplied to the pressure chamber (21) and which is for feeding an object to be processed (9); and a selector valve (31) for switching the supply passage (12) to an open state for a period corresponding to the feed rate for the object being processed (9) and switching to a closed state when said period has elapsed.
