PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication device.SOLUTION: A wireless communication device is configured to perform the steps of: operating by power of a battery in a first operation mode; detecting available RF power; shifting from the first operation mode to a second operation mode, in the second operation mode, generated operation power being used for operation of the wireless communication device; and detecting a fill state of a memory device, shifting a processing unit from the second operation mode to the first operation mode on the basis of the fill state, and performing data transfer with the memory device. |
