PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for manufacturing liposome preparations to prevent and/or treat skin diseases, damages, or injuries.SOLUTION: The invention provides a process comprising the steps of: a) dissolving an active compound PTER, or any acceptable salt thereof, and lecithin in an organic solvent; b) evaporating the solvent; c) adding PBS buffer; d) collecting and sonicating a liposome formed; e) diluting 1:1 with an emulsion stabilizer, preferably a carbomer and more preferably Carbopol; and f) optionally adding a preservative, preferably Phenonip. The invention also provides the process in which QUER or any acceptable salt thereof is similarly dissolved in step (a). |
