The present invention reduces the backlash between an outer peripheral surface of a roller (48) and inner peripheral surfaces of inner teeth (19a) in a roller reducer mechanism, thereby suppressing the generation of roller-impact noise. The invention is provided with: a bearing section (47) provided to the outer periphery of an eccentric rotation shaft (39) that rotates eccentrically; an internal tooth configuration section that is provided to a driving rotor or a driven rotor and has a plurality of internal teeth (19a) on an internal periphery; a plurality of rolling elements (48) that are arranged so as to freely rotate between an outer peripheral surface of an outer ring of the bearing section and each of the internal teeth of the internal tooth configuration section, the eccentric rotation of the eccentric rotation shaft causing the places of enmeshment with the internal teeth to move in the circumferential direction; and a retention member (41) that is provided to the driving rotor or the driven rotor and allows each of the rolling elements to move in the radial direction while also keeping the rolling elements separated from each other. One or more urging members (71, 72) are provided to inside one or more recesses (70) formed on the outer periphery of an eccentric rotating body or the inner periphery of the bearing. The urging member urges the bearing radially outward from two or more different directions relative to the eccentric rotating body. |
