The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an urethane panel for freezing and refrigerating storage facilities, an apparatus thereof, and an urethane panel manufactured by the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a method for manufacturing an urethane panel for freezing and refrigerating storage facilities to continuously produce the urethane panel with the length of 10 m or more, achieve stable foaming of an urethane foamer by adhesion of upper and lower steel sheets and left and right plates, and achieve excellent insulation by controlling density of the urethane foamer; an apparatus thereof; and an urethane panel manufactured by the same. The method in the present invention integrates the left and right plates to the upper and lower steel sheets having upper and lower ends inserting bent parts on both sides in the width direction, and integrally forms a high density urethane foamer in a space formed by the upper and lower steel sheets and left and right plates to form an urethane panel having the length of 10 m or more. |
