The present invention pertains to a continuously variable transmission (CVT) for transmitting power to a drive wheel (8) by winding a belt (7) between a primary pulley (5) and a secondary pulley (6), the CVT being equipped with: an engaging element (2a) capable of disengaging power transmission between a power supply (1) and the drive wheel (8); a control means (10) for outputting a control command value to a solenoid valve inside a control valve (20), and controlling the engagement state of the engaging element (2a) and the gear ratio of the CVT according to the state of travel of the vehicle; learning control means (S10, S11, S12) for subjecting the state of engagement of the engaging element (2a) relative to the control command value to learning control processing; a hydraulic vibration detection means for detecting hydraulic vibrations; and learning-control prevention means (S4, S8) for preventing the learning control when the hydraulic vibration detection means detects a hydraulic vibration. |
