Provided are: a delamination control agent for producing a delamination agent composition having sufficient delamination properties with respect to a silicone-based adhesive, and that exhibits superior delamination properties even when pressure is applied to a cured product; a silicone delamination agent composition containing same; a delamination sheet provided with a cured layer comprising the cured product of the silicone delamination agent composition; and a laminate body provided with the delamination sheet and an adhesive layer. The present invention is: a delamination control agent containing, in the molecule, an organopolysiloxane having 15-29 mol% of a fluorine-atom-containing organic group and not containing a hydrosilylation reactive group; a silicone delamination agent composition containing same; a delamination sheet; and a laminate body.
