A safe syringe and needle connector fixing structure thereof; the fixing structure comprises a blocking protrusion (11) disposed inside the front end portion (10) of a cylinder (1) and integrated with the cylinder (1), a restraining hook (12) and a hook receiving cavity (13); the blocking protrusion (11) protrudes inward in a radial direction from the inner wall surface (14) of the cylinder (1); the hook receiving cavity (13) is an open cavity located on the wall of the cylinder (1) with an opening on a rubber plug stop shaft shoulder (15); the restraining hook (12) comprises a side wall (121) on the inner side in the radial direction of the hook receiving cavity (13), and a support hook (123) protruding inward in the radial direction from the side wall (121); the restraining hook (12) is flexible, and can be propped open by a needle connector (4) and shifted to the position of the hook receiving cavity (13) so as to allow the needle connector (4) to plug into the internal space of the front end portion (10) of the needle cylinder (1) between the stop protrusion (11) and the restraining hook (12); the inner diameter of the stop protrusion (11) and the inner diameter (D) of the support hook (123) are less than the outer diameter of the peripheral wall surface of the needle connector (4), preventing the needle connector (4) plugged into the internal space from being disengaged from the internal space.
