A house-type switchboard having the functions of self-power generation and condition control according to the present invention comprises: a container having the switchboard installed therein; a photovoltaic cell panel separated by a predetermined height gap from the container in the upper part of the container and forming shade by blocking sunlight transmitted to the container while simultaneously generating electricity using the sunlight; a supporting frame for fixing the photovoltaic cell panel to the upper end of the container; a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for conditioning air inside the container, adjusting the inner temperature of the container and adjusting a natural wind coming into the container; an energy storage system (ESS) for storing power, which is generated from the photovoltaic cell, in a battery and supplying the power to the HVAC system as installed outside the container; a heat-blocking paint for lowering the inner temperature of the container by reflecting the sunlight transmitted to the container as applied to the outside of the container to attenuate solar heat transmitted to the container; and a phase change material applied to the side surfaces of the inside and the upper part of the container as a finishing material to lower the inner temperature by storing heat as latent heat if the inner temperature of the container exceeds a certain value, and constantly maintaining the inner temperature of the container by emitting the heat stored in the shape of latent heat if the inner temperature of the container falls below the certain value.
