1. A combine harvester (10) for harvesting crop in an agricultural field comprising the following:
ground engaging wheels (14, 16); a frame (12) supported on the ground engaging wheels (14, 16); a threshing assembly supported on the frame for threshing the crop; a feederhouse (20) disposed in front of the threshing assembly for receiving cut crop material from a harvesting head (18) and transmitting the cut crop material to the threshing assembly, wherein the feederhouse (20) further comprises,
a housing (76);a drivable conveyor shaft (80), located in the housing (76), on which carrier elements (34) are affixed for the transfer of torque to endless belts (82), which belts go around the drivable conveyor shaft (80), and upon which belts conveyor cleats (84) are fastened;a deflection roller (78), located in the housing (76), around which the endless belts (82) runs;a first bearing arrangement (48), which is fastened on a first end of the drivable conveyor shaft (80) and which is connected, via a first holder, with the adjacent area of the housing (76); anda second bearing arrangement (92), which is fastened on a second end of the drivable conveyor shaft (80) and which is connected, via a second holder, with the adjacent area of the housing (76);characterized in that the first bearing arrangement (48) is configured as an axially movable floating bearing. |
