The present invention relates to a separable cell culture sheet having a perforated membrane attached thereto and provides a separable cell culture sheet having a perforated membrane attached thereto, comprising: a matrix formed of a flexible polymer material; and a membrane attached to the upper surface of the matrix and having perforation holes formed thereon. The present invention allows cells to be locally cultured at a designated location and morphology through a membrane having a perforation pattern, thereby allowing cell analysis to be efficiently performed. In addition, a flexible polymer material is used for a cell culture matrix so that the culture matrix can be easily segmented as needed, thereby allowing analysis of the cultured cell array to be efficiently performed.
