PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, method, and program for making it easy to select contents to be reproduced simultaneously.SOLUTION: A client 1 comprises: a content selection unit 13 for selecting contents depending on a combination attribute that is included in a MPD (Media Presentation Description) and shows a combination of contents to be simultaneously reproduced; a request execution unit 14 for requesting a server 2 to transmit the contents selected by the content selection unit 13; and a content reproduction unit 15 for reproducing, with the combination selected by the content selection unit 13, contents transmitted from the server 2 in response to the request by the request execution unit 14.
