PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation device which increases a speed of fluid flow to improve the efficiency while inhibiting cost increase, and to provide a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes: a container 4 which stores a fluid; a supply pipe 6 for supplying a liquid for agitating the liquid in the container 4 to the container 4; and a fluid guide cylindrical body 11 which is disposed in the container 4 and formed so that an opening part 11A is formed in at least one end and the fluid entering thereinto through the opening part 11A is discharged from the other end side. An extension nozzle part 12 for supplying the fluid to the cylindrical body 11 to flow the fluid from the opening part 11A side at the one end of the cylindrical body 11 in the container 4 to the other end side extends from the supply pipe 6. |
