a long insertion portion that is inserted into an observed section and that includes a distal end portion and a proximal end portion; a first light receiving portion that is provided on the distal end portion and that can receive light from an observed body; a distal end side opening that opens near the first light receiving portion; a conduit that communicates with the distal end side opening and that is inserted into the insertion portion; a first light transmission portion that is inserted into the insertion portion and that transmits light received by the first light receiving portion; a second light receiving portion that can receive the light from the observed body and that is different from the first light receiving portion; a second light transmission portion that can be inserted into the conduit and that transmits the light received by the second light receiving portion; and a merging portion where the light transmitted by the first light transmission portion and the light transmitted by the second light transmission portion merge. |
