发明名称 ENERGY SAVING FREEZER AND REFRIGERATOR HAVING IMPROVED CONDENSING ABILITY
摘要 The present invention relates to an energy saving type large freezing and refrigerating system with an improved condensing ability. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an energy saving type freezing and refrigerating device which can be miniaturized by having a sufficient condensing ability without increasing a heat transfer area of a condenser by including a heat exchanger between an evaporator and a compressor and reducing a super heat degree of a high temperature and pressure gaseous refrigerant passing through the compressor to supply the refrigerant to the condenser, wherein the energy saving type freezing and refrigerating device does not require an additional accumulator by reducing liquid elements in a low temperature and pressure gaseous refrigerant discharged from the evaporator and flowing into the compressor. A first main magnetic valve controlling flow of the refrigerant is installed on a main refrigerant pipe between the compressor and the condenser, and a divergence refrigerant pipe detouring to main refrigerant pipe in both sides is formed across the first main magnetic valve so that the divergence refrigerant pipe passes through the inside of the heat exchanger installed at a point of the main refrigerant pipe between the evaporator and the compressor. The high temperature and pressure gaseous refrigerant flowing in the main refrigerant pipe is controlled to flow through the divergence refrigerant pipe according to measurement of a temperature and is collected to the main refrigerant pipe after the first main magnetic valve, after exchanging the heat with the low temperature and pressure gaseous refrigerant passing through the evaporator. Therefore, the high temperature and pressure gaseous refrigerant reducing the super heat degree is supplied to the condenser in order to reduce the heat transfer area. The refrigerant in which the liquid elements are evaporated from the low temperature and pressure gaseous refrigerant is supplied to the compressor by passing through the heat exchanger.
