摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-saving digital transistor element which performs digital control on DC voltage.SOLUTION: A power system circuit is constituted by directly connecting an anode of a thyristor to an emitter pole of a transistor in cascade connection so that the thyristor 3 outputs voltage to the portion between a collector pole and a cathode and a transistor 2 supplies a holding current thereof, an independent control system circuit is constituted by connecting a bias resistance R1 to a portion between rectification voltage sources AC, D and a base pole and connecting a gate circuit to a portion between the base pole and a gate pole, DC voltage via the inertia motion of a load is supplied to the portion between the collector pole and the cathode of the power system circuit, rectification voltage for external commutation is supplied to the portion between the bias resistance R1 and the cathode of the control system circuit, the rectification voltage and the connection capacity of an element are organically coupled with discharge and charge, the connection capacity of the element is formed by generating a residual charge in a thyristor high resistance with time lag obtained, switching is performed between the base and the gate and thereby an organic coupling semiconductor element is constituted.
