A compound of Formula I, wherein X is NR4 or CR5H; Y is N or CH; Z is CH or N; R1 is wherein the atom marked with the asterisk is bonded to the parent molecular moiety; R2 is, independently at each occurrence, H, (C1-C3)alkyl, or halogen; or R2 and R2 both bonded to the same carbon atom form, together with the carbon atom to which they are bonded, a —(C═O) group; R3 is, independently at each occurrence, H, (C1-C3)alkyl, or halogen; or R3 and R3 both bonded to the same carbon ring atom form, together with the carbon ring atom to which they are bonded, a —(C═O) group; R4 is H, (C1-C3)alkyl, or CF3; R5 is N(R7)2; R6 is, independently at each occurrence, hydroxy, halogen, (C1-C3)alkyl, (C1-C3)alkoxy, CF3, or (C1-C3)alkoxy(C1-C3)alkoxy; R7 is, independently at each occurrence, H or (C1-C3)alkyl; m is 0, 1, 2 or 3; and n is 0, 1 or 2 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester thereof. |
