Disclosed is an information transmission method, an information reception method, an apparatus and a system, belonging to the technical field of computers. The information transmission method comprises: obtaining authentication information; converting the authentication information into a binary sequence; on the basis of the correlation between a binary number and an optical signal, encoding the binary sequence into a corresponding optical signal; and, transmitting the optical signal to a receiving device so as to allow said receiving device to receive the optical signal, to obtain the authentication information in the optical signal, and, on the basis of said authentication information, to authenticate information.
