A method for producing coffee comprises: extracting cold brew coffee; injecting nitrogen into the cold brew coffee; and cooling the coffee injected with nitrogen. It is possible to maintain the density of rich foam and the flavor in iced coffee by injecting the nitrogen into the cold brew coffee.
