According to an embodiment of the present invention, an educational puzzle apparatus for a blind person comprises: a plurality of educational puzzle pieces having a first symbol string on one surface thereof; and a puzzle board having a board character string corresponding to the first symbol string in an area corresponding to each of the educational puzzle pieces. The educational puzzle apparatus for a blind person according to the embodiment of the present invention allows a user to enjoy the puzzle for educational purposes for language acquisition and mathematics education while easily recognizing corresponding positions of the educational puzzle pieces.
