The present invention relates to a prestressed concrete-filled circular hollow steel, and to a bridge with a girder using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the prestressed concrete-filled circular hollow steel wherein prestress is applied to use the concrete-filled circular hollow steel as a bending member, and in which a spacer is used to correctly fixate a position where the prestress is applied, and to a bridge with a girder using the same. According to an appropriate embodiment of the present invention, the prestressed concrete-filled circular hollow steel comprises: circular hollow steel which has a hollow part; an unbonded extending material buried in the hollow part of the circular hollow steel; a plurality of spacers which fixates a position of the unbonded extending material at a constant interval in a longitudinal direction of the unbonded extending material; and concrete which fills the circular hollow steel. |
