PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of speed limit information displayed on a display medium.SOLUTION: A display control device 20 includes: a control unit 201 for controlling a display unit 30 in such a manner that, when an acquisition unit 10 acquires speed limit information of a first section, it generates a first predetermined image which serves as a viewed image showing the speed limit of the first section when displayed on a display medium, and displays it on the display medium; and a determination unit 202 for, when second section length information is acquired after the acquisition unit 10 acquires the speed limit information of the first section, determining whether the second section length is shorter than a set section length or not. The control unit 201 switches from control for generating the first predetermined image on the display part into control for generating a second predetermined image, which serves as a viewed image showing the second speed limit when displayed on the display medium, by using different methods respectively, in the case where the second section length is determined not to be shorter than the set section length, and in the case where the second section length is determined to be shorter than the set section length. |
