A lamp (100), provided with a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements (14) arranged in a line, an aluminum substrate (22) on which the semiconductor light-emitting elements (14) are mounted, and a line-shaped light wavelength conversion member (26) set apart from light-emitting surfaces (14a) of the semiconductor light-emitting elements (14). The aluminum substrate (22) has a circuit formed so as to make it possible to turn on/off, for each group comprising one or more light-emitting elements (14), the semiconductor light-emitting elements (14) divided into a plurality of groups.
