Provided are a wrap film which has required thermal shrinkage properties and in which post-heating deformation is suppressed, a wrap film wound body, and a method for manufacturing the same. The wrap film 1f has a hydrothermal shrinkage which is greater than 0.3% and less than 38% in the machine direction MD and is greater than or equal to 0.3% and less than 29% in the transverse direction TD, as measured at 100°C according to ASTM D-2732, or has an arithmetic mean value of the hydrothermal shrinkages at 100°C in the machine direction MD and the transverse direction TD of greater than or equal to 3% and less than 29%. The wrap film wound body 1 comprises the wrap film 1f rolled into a cylindrical shape, wherein the wrap film 1f has a hydrothermal shrinkage which is less than 12% in the machine direction MD and less than 5% in the transverse direction TD, as further measured at 60°C according to ASTM D-2732. The wrap film wound body 1 is manufactured in such a way that a raw material resin is melted, cooled, elongated, temporarily heated or kept for 24 hours or more in an environment at 40-80°C to prepare the wrap film 1f, followed by winding a predetermined length of the wrap film into a cylindrical shape.
