According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus and a method for draining and afforesting a slope using fiber comprises a drainage part inserted in a perforated ground bed, and drained through an inner space. The inner space of the drainage part is filled with fiber capable of maintaining a shape after expanding. A part of the drainage part can be fixated to the ground bed by expansion of the fiber. The water introduced in the perforated ground bed can be discharged through the air gap between individual fibers in the drainage part or the space between the drainage part and the ground bed. |
