The present invention relates to an antimicrobial pharmaceutical composition for oral administration, which comprises a lysosome-alginate complex. In the present invention, a lysosome-alginate complex sequentially treated with an artificial gastric fluid (pH 1.2) and in an artificial intestinal fluid (pH 6.8) is confirmed to have high antimicrobial activity. According to the present invention, an antimicrobial pharmaceutical composition for oral administration, which comprises a lysosome-alginate complex or a lysosome-alginate oligosaccharide complex, can deliver lysosome having high antimicrobial activity to intestine, thereby being useful as an antimicrobial for oral administration. A lysosome-alginate oligosaccharide complex releases lysosome in intestine and the remaining alginate oligosaccharide is absorbed into the body, thereby having effects of preventing adult diseases, reducing neutral lipid, and regulating generation of cholesterol at the same time.
