摘要 In an RF interrupt logic circuit to output an interrupt signal by using a wakeup signal included in an inputted external signal by including a detection unit and an analog/digital conversion unit, disclosed is a radio frequency identification (RFID) UHF RF interrupt logic circuit to output the interrupt signal to an interrupt control unit of an element of an output terminal side wherein activation is necessary by treating a signal and noises inputted by radio interference except for a target signal by including a wakeup control unit which aims at a signal having an UHF band frequency as an external signal, receives a base band signal output passing through the detection unit and the analog/digital conversion unit from an input terminal, treats the signal and noises inputted by the radio interference except for the target signal, and outputs the interrupt signal to the interrupt control unit of the element of the output terminal side wherein the activation is necessary. Therefore, unnecessary consumption of battery power in an active dual bed RFID tag can be reduced since an RFID UHF system using UHF band high frequency responses to a suitable external signal only when using a wakeup function and activates and operates a necessary portion in the system. Thus, the management of the active dual bed RFID tag having a battery can be stably and effectively executed and the amount of useless wireless signals can be reduced and the possibility of the radio interference can be reduced and information transmissibility can be increased.
