摘要 The present invention relates to a structure for installing a photovoltaic panel on the ground. The structure for installing a photovoltaic panel comprises: a fixing unit comprising support frames connected to each other in a size corresponding to at least one photovoltaic panel, mounting bars arranged on an upper end of the support frames and separated by a gap for accommodating the photovoltaic panel, and an inner and an outer bracket disposed on an upper end of the mounting bars to press and fix the photovoltaic panel; a support unit comprising a moving bar mounted on a lower end of the support frames, and a fixing bar mounted on concrete deposited on the ground facing the moving bar; and a operation unit comprising a plurality of variable pillars whose heights are adjusted to change a position of the photovoltaic panel between the moving bar and the fixing bar, and a joint to change a direction to both ends of the variable pillars according to the heights. Accordingly, the present invention, optimum power generation efficiency can be maintained by changing the height and position of the photovoltaic panel by rotating and tilting the photovoltaic panel.
