PURPOSE:To eliminate variability in finished products and make the manufacturing cost of a toy inexpensive by a method wherein principal constituting components are molded integrally by a plurality of insert molding processes, consisting of a molding process for constituting joints or the like, a molding process for molding components coupled with said joints or the like and the like. CONSTITUTION:A shaft member 21, provided projectingly with a shaft 21a serving as a shaft side member constituting a joint section, a leg section 22, equipped with a projected shaft 22a serving as another shaft side member, and reinforcing members 23, 24 are molded. An intermediate component 25, coupled with the shaft member 21 so as to envelope it rotatably and equipped with a projecting shaft 25a on the other side, and another intermediate component 26, enveloping another projecting shaft 22a rotatably and equipped with another projecting shaft 26a on the other side, are molded by insert molding respectively while a knee section 27, equipped with the other projecting shafts 27a, 27b serving as shaft side members constituting the joint sections of the knee section, is molded in the middle section of a mold. A bearing member 28, enveloping the projecting shafts 25a, 27a respectively so as to be pivotable, and a bearing side member 29, enveloping the projecting shafts 22a, 27b respectively so as to be pivotable, are molded integrally by the insert molding. According to this method, it is not necessary to mold many components respectively and assemble them. |
