PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency filter capable of having a low loss transmission characteristic and achieving space saving.SOLUTION: A high frequency filter 10 includes a dielectric base material 20 elongated in a transmission direction of a high frequency signal. The dielectric base material 20 is configured by laminating dielectric layers 201, 202. Elongated conductive patterns 401, 402 are formed on a flat plate surface of the dielectric layer 201 at a dielectric layer 202 side. The elongated conductive patterns 401, 402 are formed to be as wide as possible in accordance with a desired inductance with respect to the dielectric base material 20. A conductive pattern 410 for capacitive coupling is formed so as to face the conductive pattern 402 through a predetermined area while interposing the dielectric layer 202 therebetween. The conductive pattern 410 for capacitive coupling is connected to the conductive pattern 401 by a connection conductor 60.
