A redirection method, device and system is provided in the embodiments of the present invention, which relates to communication field and may ensure that a UE (User Equipment) in a non-CSFB (Circuit Switched Fallback) mode provides a PS (Packet Switched) service with high rate. The method includes: a base station determines a work mode of the UE, and the work mode of the UE being a CSFB mode or a non-CSFB mode; when the work mode of the UE is the non-CSFB mode and the UE satisfies a redirection condition, the base station sends a redirection indication information corresponding to the non-CSFB mode to the UE, the redirection indication information being used for indicating the UE to redirect from a 4G network to a 3G network.
