Provided is a washing machine equipped with a water-supplying nozzle (6) for supplying water into the interior of a rotating drum. The water-supplying nozzle (6) includes a nozzle body (61) provided with a channel (L1) through which water flows, and a whirler (63) that is disposed in the channel (L1) and generates a swirling flow. The channel (L1) includes a narrow section (L2) that is provided on the upstream side of the whirler (63) and wide sections (L3, L4) that are provided on the downstream side of the narrow section (L2) but on the upstream side of the whirler (63) and have a larger channel cross-sectional area than the channel cross-sectional area of the narrow section (L2). |
