This structure maintenance management system makes it possible to understand correlations between a structure and the peripheral environment or peripheral structures in three dimensions. The structure maintenance management system is provided with: a measurement unit (1) which measures shapes in a structure, including the position of the structure in an absolute coordinate system, three-dimensional information and two-dimensional or lower order information, and measures abnormal shapes in the structure, including three-dimensional information and two-dimensional or lower order information; a shape expansion unit (41) which uses the three-dimensional information of the shape included in the measured shape data to generate three-dimensional shape data representing the shape in three dimensions; an abnormal shape expansion unit (42) which uses the three-dimensional information of the abnormal shapes included in the measured abnormal shape data to generate three-dimensional abnormal shape data representing the abnormal shapes in three dimensions; and a structure database (3) which stores the three-dimensional shape data and three-dimensional abnormal shape data associated with position information.
