The light beam radiating unit (10) has at least a plurality of semiconductor lasers (11a) that are arrayed two-dimensionally and that radiate a plurality of parallel light beams, and the plurality of semiconductor lasers (11a) control the optical strength of each radiated parallel light beam on the basis of the optical strength control signal. |
