摘要 Provided is an OLED pixel structure, comprising: red, green, and blue subpixels (11, 22, 33); the red subpixel (11) has a red-light-emitting layer (63), the green subpixel (22) has a green-light-emitting layer (62), and the blue subpixel (33) has a blue-light-emitting layer (61); the blue-light-emitting layer (63) material comprises blue light quantum dots; the blue subpixel (33) in the OLED pixel structure is more stable, causing the entire OLED device to have better stability; furthermore, the service life of the blue subpixel (33) in the OLED pixel structure is longer, such that the service life of the OLED device is longer; at the same time, the higher efficiency of the blue light quantum dots is such that the driving voltage of the blue subpixel (33) may be appropriately reduced. The OLED pixel structure may also comprise a white subpixel (44); the white subpixel (44) has a white-light-emitting layer (64), and the white-light-emitting layer (64) material comprises inorganic quantum dots; adding the white subpixel (44) may increase the brightness of the OLED device.
