Disclosed is a dry-type desulfurization apparatus comprising a regeneration unit. The disclosed dry-type desulfurization apparatus comprises: a reactor in which a desulfurizing agent is filled in, a gas inlet is formed in a lower part, a treat gas outlet is formed on an upper part, and desulfurization with the desulfurizing agent occurs after introduction of biogas through the gas inlet; and a regeneration unit where desulfurization performance of the desulfurizing agent recovers via a reaction between the oxygen and the desulfurizing agent in the reactor after insertion of oxygen or air containing oxygen through the gas inlet.
