The present invention relates to a jig for a PCB. More specifically, the jig for a PCB includes: a cushion unit mounted on the upper surface of a lower plate; an upper plate having the shape of a PCB by being mounted on the upper surface of the cushion unit; a punch hole passing through the upper plate; and a punch unit made of an aluminum material and inserted into the punch hole, wherein the lower part thereof is mounted on the lower plate and a silicon tape is attached to the upper part to be located on the same line as the upper plate. Therefore, the jig for a PCB is prevented from being bent when the jig is used for a long time, and the flatness of the PCB is improved. Also, impact on the PCB is absorbed, and a scratch is prevented. Moreover, the shape of a guide pin is formed to be same as the inner shape of a guide hole in order to maintain a tolerance in ± 0.002 mm. Thereby, the generation of an eccentricity failure between products is minimized. |
