The present invention relates to an automatic insulation paint coating apparatus for a railroad. The objective of the present invention is to provide an automatic insulation paint coating apparatus for a railroad capable of automatically practicing a foreign material removal work, an insulation paint coating work and a drying work while driving on a rail. For this, the present invention comprises the following: a carriage moving along the rail; a first tank which is mounted on the carriage and stores insulation paint; a second tank which is mounted on the carriage and stores a primer; a pre-processing unit for removing foreign materials on the surface of a rail, mounted on the carriage; a coating unit for receiving the insulation paint or primer to spray the insulation paint or primer on the surface of the rail at a working location combined and fixed on the carriage while being arranged at the front or back side of the carriage; and a providing unit which is mounted on the carriage and makes the insulation paint and primer flow to be sprayed through the coating unit. The coating unit comprises the following: a frame; a cover member installed on the frame, covering parts of a rail at the working location; and a plurality of nozzles on the cover member, for spraying the insulation paint and primer towards the left and right sides of the rail arranged inside the cover member in the automatic insulation paint coating apparatus for a railroad.
