<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the durability of a magnetron M1 by reducing the vibration acting on the magnetron M1. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetron M1 comprises a body 31 having a cylindrical anode (anode cylinder 36) and a cathod (filament 41) disposed in the anode, and a transformer 51 for cathode which outputs power for generating heat to the cathode. The energy of electrons discharged from the cathode toward the anode is converted into high frequency microwaves. In the transformer 51 for cathode, only the secondary coil 51b out of the primary coil 51a and the secondary coil 51b is integrated with the body 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
