The present invention relates to a technology regarding a driving device which drives a display unit. An electronic device includes a display driving unit which receives promotion setting information from a device control unit and dynamically drives at least one part of an information display area on the display unit according to the setting information after the device control unit enters a sleep mode. The setting information of the display driving device is stored in an internal memory. The display unit can be dynamically driven according to the setting information stored therein. A sequence generation unit is programmed based on the setting information to wake up a driving control unit to execute a dynamic display operation and enter the sleep mode again.
