According to the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of a graphene-powder composite, which comprises the steps of: inserting powder and a lump of graphene in a container; and manufacturing a graphene-powder composite for separating graphene composed of several layers from the lump of graphene, and covering the entire surface of the powder with the separated graphene, by stirring the inserted powder and the lump of graphene by a physical medium at a fixed speed and applying energy to the lump of graphene.
