The present invention relates to an anti-loosening screw type fastener and a method for fastening a structure using the same, and the purpose of the present invention is to maintain a fastened state without loosening of a bolt and a nut. According to the present invention, the anti-loosening screw type fastener comprises: the bolt (10) fixated to the ground (2) and penetrated by a base plate (1) corresponding to the ground; a washer (30) inserted into the bolt protruding from the ground; the nut (20) supported by the washer and screwed with the bolt to fixate the base plate to the ground; a vibration preventing pad (40) interposed between the washer and the base plate and elastically supporting the washer to absorb vibration. The washer comprises: a washer main body (32); a first latch gear (33); and a pad mounting groove. |
